This work shop focuses on the seven levels of energy. Discussion will include how our individual or team energy is getting zapped and what tools we can use to keep us zooming. Group and individual coaching can be included.

This workshop focuses on team goals. Together we will come up with common goals. We will discuss limiting beliefs and remove any possible barriers to reaching our goal.
